A routine for Andy Murray is a scheduled visit to Crandon Park to begin his season.
Crandon Park up until this year was the home of the Miami Open which takes place in March following Indian Wells as part of the sunshine double. Murray is a former two time Miami Open champion at Crandon Park but has missed his scheduled training block out in Miami.
Andy has had groin injury that has been lingering about since before the Davis Cup Finals where he only featured in one match which he won as Great Britain made it to the semi-finals.
This problem has flared back up and forced the former world number one to cancel his trip.
One Brit who is at Crandon Park is Kyle Edmund. Edmund was invited a few years back to join Murray and has now made it one of his staples at the beginning of the season.
Kyle will be hoping to rebuild his ranking after a very difficult 2019 season for the former Australian Open finalist who isn’t set to play the ATP Cup in January for Great Britain.
Despite the injury, plans do seem to be the same for Andy Murray who is scheduled to fly out to Australia on the 27th of December in preparation for the ATP Cup ahead of the Australian Open.
