Heather Watson back in the top 100 after impressive run in Tianjin!

Heather Watson’s season has ended on a high. The Brit has put herself back in contention for a main draw spot at the Australian Open next year when the entrants list is out in December. A run to the final somewhere she hasn’t been on the tour for 43 months has propelled her 37 places on the WTA Rankings from 125 in the world back up to 88 and if she can stay there for the first few weeks of 2020 will be getting into big tournaments. It wasn’t meant to be for Heather who has never lost a WTA … Continue reading Heather Watson back in the top 100 after impressive run in Tianjin!

Relief! Heather Watson finds her groove to see off American teenager!

Making her Grand Slam debut on the other side of the net was 17 year old Caty McNally who also had the nerves as expected. Holds of serve were few and … Continue reading Relief!
